Transport sheets
Guidance for the practical application of transport of substances containing or consisting of pathogenic and genetically modified(micro)organisms according to the Swiss and international transportation regulations is given in the transport sheets listed below. For each type of substance a specific transport sheet is given.
1.1 Human pathogens and zoonotic agents
Transport sheets 1.1.1 - 1.1.7
- 1.1.1a: Category A human pathogens and zoonotic agents according to the list of ADR 2.2.62.1.4.1
- 1.1.1b: Category A human pathogens and zoonotic agents, patient specimens of substances marked with "culture only" according to the list of ADR 2.2.62.1.4.1
- 1.1.2: Category B human pathogens and zoonotic agents
- 1.1.3: Medical or clinical waste of Category B human pathogens and zoonotic agents
- 1.1.4: Vertebrate animals infected with human pathogens and zoonotic agents
- 1.1.5: Non-vertebrate animals infected with human pathogens and zoonotic agents
- 1.1.6: Blood, primary cell cultures, tissue samples from animal and human origin infected with human pathogens and zoonotic agents
- 1.1.7: Animal carcasses and other waste from animals infected with human pathogens or zoonotic agents
1.2 Animal pathogens

- 1.2.1a: Category A animal pathogens according to the list of ADR 2.2.62.1.4.1
- 1.2.1b: Category A animal pathogens, specimens of substances marked with ‘culture only’ according to the list of ADR 2.2.62.1.4.1
- 1.2.2: Category B animal pathogens
- 1.2.3: Medical or clinical waste of Category B animal pathogens
- 1.2.4: Vertebrate animals infected with animal pathogens
